Carl Dumbrell
Having decades of corporate accounting experience under his belt, both nationally and internationally (UK), Carl has acquired a vast financial skill set over his life; now instantly recognisable by simply looking at his accreditations, memberships and fellowships. He is a chartered accountant in Australia, England and Wales; he has a Masters degree in taxation; is a registered company auditor; Fellow, Institute of taxation; member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; and is also a Justice of the Peace.
Prior to co-founding CDTL in 2002, Carl worked for some of the most prestigious accountancy firms in both Sydney and London and has acquired a vast accumulated knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the industry. He has diligently continued his hard work in consolidating CDTL’s position and reputation in the business world and brought it to new strengths. Having extensive experience in assurance services, business services and all forms of taxation, Carl is now a highly-regarded figure in corporate accountancy and is often called upon to advise countless SMEs, both locally and internationally.
For the better part of a decade Carl was an International Tennis Official, working at international events such as: Wimbledon; the Australian Open; the Davis Cup; the ATP Tour; the WTA Tour; and ITF Tour events throughout the world. He has also had extensive working relationships as an expert advisor to sports management companies and registered clubs. For the last decade Carl has also actively worked with the ICAA Chartered Accountant Program as a module leader and examination marker.

Tina Loh
Tina is now considered a respected authority figure in the taxation industry, and prior to co-founding CDTL in 2002 held senior professional roles within leading chartered accounting firms in both Sydney and Brisbane. Tina is bilingual, speaking fluent Cantonese and English, and can offer invaluable insight and advice to clients looking to expand their business through opportunities in Asia and beyond.
CDTL’s clients regularly benefit from the wealth of Tina’s experience in the areas of business services and taxation. Having actively worked as a business advisor to clients in the building, construction, manufacturing, importing, distribution, insurance, financial services and medical industries, Tina’s naturally developed business acumen has helped countless businesses reach their financial potential.
